Held on 10 April 2026 at Buruzu Hall, SHE Building, this exclusive Hi-Tea brought together HR professionals, thought leaders, and decision makers for meaningful conversations on navigating uncertainty in the workplace. The session explored practical strategies for building resilient organizational cultures through accountability, ownership, and performance — introducing participants to the impactful A.N.C.H.O.R Framework. Facilitated by Sunil Hasmukharay of HC Consultants Group, it created a space for insightful discussion, networking, and shared learning — and marked the beginning of a future partnership (MoU) opportunity. 15 attendees participated from 43 registrations, creating a focused, high-engagement environment.
