Does IWG travel to deliver outside its base?
Yes. We deliver in-person across APAC, MENA, and Europe — and increasingly globally where the brief warrants it. Travel and faculty logistics are part of our standard delivery scope.
We’re a corporation looking for a custom programme. Where do we start?
Send a short brief through the form. We respond within two business days, agree a discovery conversation, and from there propose a tailored programme — never a generic template.
We’re an independent expert or an agency. How does partnership work?
Two common shapes: (1) you bring an opportunity into IWG and we co-deliver to that client, or (2) we bring you in as faculty for one of our existing engagements. Commercial models are partnership-grade and transparent.
What about government procurement and statutory requirements?
Our offering is anchored in governance and statutory compliance — we are accustomed to working within formal procurement, documentation, audit, and accountability requirements.
What’s the typical timeline from first contact to delivery?
For curated masterclasses, weeks. For bespoke programmes and retreats, two to four months from scoping to first session. For multi-cohort academies and government capability builds, scoping runs longer — we will be candid about realistic timelines on the first call.
